Jasmine Paolini won her biggest title to date in Portoroz, Slovenia (WTA 250). The 25-year-old Italian beat four seeded players [Dayana Yastremska, Sorana Cirstea, Yulia Putintseva and Alison Riske] en route. Now has three titles to her name this season.
Gael Monfils reached the Moselle Open semi finals – beat Philipp Kohlschreiber and Nikoloz Basilashvili in straight sets before falling to eventual runner-up Pablo Carreno Busta. Mikael Ymer was in the draw as an alternate and got a good straight sets win against Jan-Lennard Struff in round one. Fell Carreno Busta in round two.
Felix Auger-Aliassime made his Laver Cup debut. The Canadian was the highest ranked player on Team World and was involved in a quality, two-hour-52-minute battle with Matteo Berrettini on day one.

San Diego Open (ATP 250)
Auger-Aliassime is the third seed and gets a bye into round two where he awaits Grigor Dimitrov or Marton Fucsovics. Darian King and Christopher Eubanks face each other in the final qualifying round.
Sofia Open (ATP 250)
Monfils is the second seed and gets a bye into round two where he awaits Ilya Ivashka or Pablo Andujar. Ymer is also in – opens against eighth seed John Millman.
